Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
I offer shipping within Canada. Your product will arrive in a neatly packaged box with insulation to absorb the bumps of travel. I ship within Canada via Canada Post. There is a flat rate cost of $14 (for most provinces) regardless of the weight and size of the package. Shipping will take anywhere from 4 - 10 days.
When the package has a confirmed delivery, a tracking number (if applicable) will be emailed to you. You can use the tracking number to know its status and when to expect a delivery. For any delivery issues, the customer needs to contact the courier service.
Please ensure that the proper and correct address is provided at the time of your order. Packages returned marked ‘Returned’, ‘Unclaimed’, or ‘Invalid Address’ will be credited back to the customer, less a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges, including any additional return shipping charges assessed by the courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
I aim to end the day knowing that my customers are satisfied. If you are at all unhappy with a NUDIE BAR purchase, please reach out to me via email and I will do my best to make it right. Unfortunately
all sales are finally due to the nature of the product.
Please keep in mind that due to the nature of small batches, every bar is unique. Recently I learned that in Japanese philosophy there exists the idea of “wabi-sabi”, the act of embracing the flawed or the imperfect. Try looking at the bars through a different lens; they are perfectly imperfect!
Self pick-up option
If you are in the area, you can arrange for FREE pick up.
Customers can complete the order online, pre-pay via e-Transfer and do a self-pick-up from me. Please contact me after you have placed the order so that we can make arrangements for your pick-up.
Please note that I do not provide boxes, bubble wrap or packaging material for self-pick-up orders. Your
order will be wrapped in either individual compostable cellophane bags or small paper bags.
